All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We utilize a third-party logistics (3PL) partner in America to ensure efficient and reliable shipping. The delivery times and costs are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): Free for orders over €50. For orders under €50, a flat rate of €5.95 applies.
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): €9.95 flat rate.
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days): €14.95 flat rate.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

5. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order on the carrier's website.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and are based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

7. Duties & Taxes

Travelserviceproviders is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

8. Damages

Travelserviceproviders is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
