Where do you ship from?
You are on our official US website which means your product ships out of our warehouse in Texas.
When can I expect my order?

I got the wrong size. What can I do?
All orders are eligible for 1 free return* if you have ordered the wrong size.You can access your self serve returns page from your customer account page.

What if my item was damaged?
Travelserviceproviders US offers shipping insurance which covers all lost, missing, or damaged parcels if you have opted in for this.
Any items that have been damaged during shipment without cover may not be eligible for a return or refund.
Do I get a warranty on my Travelserviceproviders products?
Yes. You are covered by a limited fair use warranty that covers all of our products against any pre existing faults from manufacturing.
This does not cover any damaged caused by misuse, whether intentional or accidental. Travelserviceproviders products should never be worn as protection from branches or twigs, or any other item that mayh cause abrasions or perforations.
Our products are intended to be used for sun protection only.
